For each property, there’s a basic details section, photos and a due diligence vault that contains information provided directly by the seller.

Some of these details include appraisals, leases, investment summaries, or just the seller preferred purchase-sale agreement.

In either case, these factors will help you make a decision and will help you be informed about what you’re buying so that you can know it before you own it.
